I’m using the android plex app to access my libraries on a plex server for years.
I use the same account for ever and purchased the android app back in 2018. Didn’t change my phone either)
Since today, the app asks me to purchase it again…
What is going on ?

There should be an option to reactivate the app.

The tiny “previous purchase” was the only line that required to scroll down, I didn’t see it, my bad ! 
Now it opens a link that says I have to send an email and wait for reactivation.
I’m still curious why does this happens when I use the app very often.
