I purchased lifetime plexpass, but can’t figure out how to login on my devices to access it

We (my spouse) purchased a lifetime plexpass subscription, but our iOS devices still want us to pay to stream from our local network Plex server. Apparently, I’m not logged into an account where my plexpass is known. Where do I find out what account recognizes my plexpass?

You should have received an confirmation mail to the e-mail address linked to the Plex account that purchased the Plex Pass membership.
