<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled> i had help from someone before but they stopped helping after 2 messages and it was just telling me to upload my logs but hasnt helped for weeks can i please have any help i can about how my plex crashes my whole pc when scanning my anime section
Others are better at reading the logs, so hopefully they can take a look, but a few of questions, have you pointed the Anime library at the entire anime folder or are you pointing it to each individual show in your anime folder? Do you have locations that don’t exist added? You should also look into updating your folder/file naming structure.

i sometimes i have it pointed to induvial folders but its mostly the whole libary of anime which are on different drives,i have 4 sections right now movies tv shows and anime and kids shows but only in the anime section it freezes & when plex was having issue adding the skip intros and credits i try to add folders separately
This looks like a file organization issue. I didn’t look at your logs but the ones posted above by veeejay show an odd structure.

- Why are your anime in a movie folder.
- your season 2 folder is in under the anime folder. It should be under a file with the name of the show.

then what should i label it as instead of just saying its wrong
Look into tools like Filebot, TinyMediaManager and RenameMyTVSeries to help with naming to follow the guidelines.
TV Shows should be Show Name (Year) / Season XX / Show Name (Year) - SxxExx - desc.ext You can keep the content in […] since plex ignores that. I don’t know how Plex will handle having some text in brackets at the start of the folder path though.
Also, make sure your library points to the folder where your TV Shows are located, not any higher. In your example, the Anime library needs to point to \movies\Anime. If you point it to \movies, Plex will consider Anime a show itself and start mixing shows together and causing issues.
its just in my anime folder no movies are added unless its an extra ep at that point i just label it S00E01 as and example but if it has its own title it goes under my movies section and gets added there
& I never had to use any programs to look into my files is it really needed?
If you do not follow the recommended naming convention from Plex, as @veeejay linked to, then you essentially run the risk of it working currently but any future update could cause Plex to stop finding/matching your media.
Additionally, you need to correct what your library is pointing to based on the one post you made where you said:

Your library should be pointing to the top level folder of where you directories are located for that library. You can have the library monitor multiple folders across different drives, but you need to essentially have the following structure (and movies and series need to be separate):
D:\media\Anime\Series
D:\media\Anime\Movies
E:\media\Anime\Series
E:\media\Anime\Movies
Under the series folder, as also mentioned by veeejay, you would then have the structure:
Series (Year)\Season 01\files
Series (Year)\Season 02\files
Series (Year)\Season 03\files
With having as many “Season ##” folders as needed and using either “Season 00” or “Specials” for any specials.
So a complete example of how a series should look would be:
D:\Anime\Series\Re Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (2016)\Season 03\Re Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (2016) - s03e01 - Theatrical Malice.mkv
From that example above, you want to add the following folder to your Anime library:
D:\Anime\Series\
You would need to cleanup the directory structure across all your drives and then you would add the same “top level” (in regards to the series) folders to your library from each drive, so you could have something like this in the folders that the Anime library monitors:
D:\Anime\Series\
E:\Anime\Series\
H:\Anime\Series\
You never want to add the root folder.
You do not want to mix and match series and movies.
You do not want to add the individual series folder to the library.

Since we can’t see your actual folder/file structure, except snippets from the logs, it’s a starting point to identify what’s going on with your system crashing.
If you want to screenshot and share the folders we can provide additional guidance, but I think first priority is to get everything cleaned up and organized properly and added to plex.
