I am having an issue where plex dose not find about half my library .
been using plex for a few years now , so i know the naming conventions .(dose not mean i screw up from time to time tho)
Everything is names Series/season #/(titele S00E00 - name.etc)
I can not figure out why. In fact in the past it has seen some of the titles. I host this library for a few friends so I was confused when they started asking if i deleted items. Any suggestions from the plex gods?

Ok to add to this a little more. I re-added a few and they scan, add…then get removed… i do not understand.
can you share a specific example of your folder structure / file names?
have you checked those shows are available on TheTVDB.com?
For the one you marked in your file manager (Gonna be the Twin-Tail!!), naming should be like this:
/ animated ← your Plex library refers to this folder
… / Gonna be the Twin-Tail!! (2014) ← year is optional
… … / Season 01 ← 2-digit season number
… … … / Gonna be the Twin-Tail!! (2014) - s01e01 - Earth is a Twin-Tail World.ext
episode name base needs to match the show folder name
episode title is optional
.ext is a placeholder for your file extension
… … … / Gonna be the Twin-Tail!! (2014) - s01e02.ext ← dropping the optional episode title
… … … / Gonna be the Twin-Tail!! (2014) - s01e03.ext
… … … / …
… … … / Gonna be the Twin-Tail !! (2014) - s01e12.ext

So that was and still is my naming . I did a complete reinstall last night of plex. Now it shows more of the shows… it is quite odd. Especially since if i watch it very carefully on first scan it grabs everything. Gets the metadata posters,etc. then removes them. lol i have never seen plex do this before… made sure no plugins were installed. fresh install nothing lingering of the old one. So what i figure is maybe a conflict within my unraid setup somewhere , maybe not. idk to be honest. Like i said same folders same drives and in the past everything scanned and stayed just fine. maybe it could be a glitch with the newer versions of plex. I am going to keep pecking at this . If you guys comeup with anything please let me know. If i do first ill post it here. THank you for the help I really appreciate it .
write the correct series title into the folder name
