I also put my files in plex files but Could not see with plex. I used port forwarding procedure but always ‘Not available outside your network’ warning appears. please help
can you please clarify…
do you not see those movies in Plex at all or just not when you’re outside your network?
can you show an example of how you have organized your movies on the WD My Cloud (folders / file names)?
