I installed Plex on my Desktop. It is connected to the Internet. I Added some video files. Then I installed Plex on my Android Box and connected them. I can reach my server until the box has the Internet. If I Disconnect Internet, It fails to connect and play content.
I am on limited Internet speed and bandwidth. The reason why I created a plex server is to watch videos offline.
Is there any way to do that. What settings I need. I also got a WiFi Adapter on my PC.
All I want is not using any internet data while using it on a different device.
