I would like to sort my music by album. not by artist. and a search feature would also be nice, and the plex app crashes alot when using music.
The sort by type and search are on the ‘get to parity with other clients’ list, so will be done over time. We’re aware they’re lacking right now.
To be honest, you crashes worry me more. Can you please post details of what you were doing, and what the app did on crash? Thanks!
Sure, I can be in Plex selecting different videos and it’s fine, like watch, pause, back out, select a new one watch for a while, back out, select another video and it never crashes. I can do the same with songs from the same album but when I back out and select a different album or artist as soon as I press play it freezes then I have to go back to the xbox one dashboard to quit Plex.
Ah! That’s ‘good’ in that we know about that one. Thanks for getting back to me and we’ll hope to fix that issue soon.
