Debug logs

For some reason whilst trying to download to my tablet, all 3 videos are failing with this error.

I’m running on a QNAP TS-853 Pro. It has an Intel CPU, but there’s no additional GPU card I think. Transcoding for download has worked on this NAS before, so I’m not sure why it’s not working now.

I ran some of the movies, forcing the quality down away from Direct Play to 1080, and they play just fine. The PLEX UI confirms it’s using HW transcoding to do that.

Not sure why download transcoding isn’t working.

I tried restarting the PLEX server, and cleansing the Downloads from the tablet.
Since then… PLEX is being taken offline. I do see a transcoding process running on the NAS:

But I can’t access plex… Plex web thinks the servers offline. I’ll leave it a while for that transcoding to finish.

I’ve a second server (optiplex) setup on a Windows PC, mapped to the same video files on the QNAP. That too is also failing but I cannot see any errors in the logs.

A fresh set of logs from the QNAP server. It appears if I download to my iPhone, that works.
But downloading to my Samsung tablet, it fails.

Worse - if the tablet trys to download some of the videos it causes the PLEX QNAP server to go non-responsive.

So I tried also with a single episode of a TV show as opposed to a movie. The tablet still fails to download
