I have never seen one of these.
I don’t recognize the buttons at the the bottom, so
is this in the Plex mobile app, or is this an email?
I spent some time writing a response but decided to scrap it.
It is an email. I reported a bug. That’s it.
I presume you’ve already tried to toggle the setting on, then off again?
