Plex + Amazon FireStick Login icons blurred out

This isn’t a huge deal but for the last couple months my user profiles pictures on the login page are blurred out. “See Pic” Their login name is still listed though so at least that’s good. I’ve tried everything, clearing the cache, clearing the data. I even tried removing the app completely, then power cycling the device and then reinstalled it the app. But to no avail the profile picture icons still appear blurry. When I login via a web browser, the macOS Plex app or on my iOS devices the icons appear as they should. Any thoughts anyone? Thanks!

It’s been experience by others too, similar discussion are happening here: No user profile or actor images displaying, but only on the Fire Stick - #3 by Mrs403

Update: People have reported when downgraded to older version (like v8.25), it’s working fine so issue is with newer versions.

I am having the same issue on my Firestick 4K, but the Fire Cube is not affected. Other devices such as Samsung TV and iOS devices are not affected either. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Plex app and did hard restart of the Firestick 4K, and this does not help. From what I have read on Reddit multiple users are having this issue.

Looks like PLEX doesnt care about this problem… It is very annoying. Ever since they updated the app… They fix ine thing and F*** up another… SMH

Same issue for me. I have multiple FireSticks, same issue on all of them. Works fine on Xbox, appleTV.
