I have no idea why I sometimes get Rotten Tomatoes info, but IMDb info is omitted.
Can’t I get IMDb info always???
Do I need to remove the Rotten Tomatoes agent to achieve this?

Which metadata agent has been selected in the properties of your movie library?
(on the Advanced tab)
Which “Ratings Source” has been selected on the same tab?
How did you reach the movie preplay page with the rating on it?
In cases where you see an RT rating, did you perhaps go via the Watchlist or the Filmography of an actor?
I have only 1 tab for all my movies.
It’s named “Movies”

Do you need more screenshots or do you already tips to improve my settings.
I’m using Plex for 10 years now and haven’t examined my settings for a long time.
The last two screenshots are not relevant for you.
Go again to the place of the first screenshot and scroll downwards a bit, until you reach Ratings Source on there.
Try “Refresh Metadata” on a few affected movies.
Again:

This movie isn’t even in my library.
I would like to have IMDb info there, so I can determine if I want that movie added to my library.
I do not know what this 84% rating actually means, so I still need to look it up on IMDb
It turns out on IMDb that it’s 5.7 points.
A long time ago this would be beneath my threshold, but nowadays while my library is significantly larger I’m inclined to add it.
I would prefer if I didn’t need to look it up on the IMDb website.

In this case, the setting in the properties of your library doesn’t apply at all.
You can see all available ratings already on here: https://watch.plex.tv/de/movie/the-silver-brumby
I understand that in the long term, the view of the web app and of watch.plex.tv are to be merged. I assume that means that we will see all available ratings some time in the future.
Do I need to make this a feature request.???
The cinematography of the actors came as a very pleasant surprise to me as I was doing this by hand before with the help of IMDBb.
Unfortunately the lack of quick IMDBb info with those movies still doesn’t make it a replacement for my old way of doing it.
It’s because of these 3 reasons
I prefer to always see the IMDb-info when a movie is referenced.
On top I would also prefer to have that IMDb-logo clickable, so I can immediately go to the IMDb-page
