Immediate server crash with remote access

My PMS crashes IMMEDIATELY whenever anyone tries to access any content remotely. I can replicate it each and any time I try to access the server. It crashes. is there a fix?! I would like to be able to actually access my media. I have a Plex Pass and it’s virtually useless at the moment

Logs from Plex Media Server application. See the documents I linked. Attach the entire zip file. Just drag it into the message window. It will insert at the cursor location.

Also, please note the approximate time of the crash. It makes searching the logs easier.

unfortunately the server will no longer even start. I have tried to repair and to uninstall from the Windows 10 Add/Remove control panel and it fails at both with this log. Is there another way to remove all the program and settings documented?

I’ve personally never run across that problem. I did a bit of searching on the forum.

Also, this thread: Unable to Update to the newest version. It mentions some things you’ve already tried. It also mentions stopping the Plex Updater service first.

If you are able to run the uninstaller, and want to fully remove Plex from your system (to start over from scratch, etc), see the Uninstall Plex Media Server support document. It mentions a registry location to remove and also the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server folder.

Thank you for the help, the Windows FixIt tool was able to get me to a point where i could uninstall and reinstall the PMS.
