Granted, this used to have well over 500 votes and Plex seemed uninterested in this for over 5 years, so, obviously expect nothing. 
A shame, too. Iād really love to stop using multiple services and just do everything in Plex.

I am tired of waiting for what is a basic feature. The Plex folks insist on adding new features such as TV, DVR, which no one cares to use because there are much better cloud based alternatives out there. Plex isnāt going to make a dent on Google or Hulu. In the meantime the basics of the home media server are being neglected.
I just cancelled my Plex Pass. Time to try alternatives.
Plex is all about viewing your personal media, not a competitor of Hulu. A competitor of Hulu would be Amazon Prime (uses plex UI) and Netflixā¦
but I agree, Plex need to stop adding crap (podcasts / news) and fix the multiple bugs that make it unusable (remote access issues / gapless audio playback not working / Android sync not working).
These are 3 fairly major bugs, no response from plex - they just ignore the bugs and hope they go away by magic.

Please god. Itās so annoying listening to live music on plex.

Yes, it is on the way. It may take a few weeks to months, but it s getting done. (Source: Newsletter blogposts ftw. So official.)

I sure hope Dreadeus is correct on this. Iād love to be able to listen to albums as the artist intended!

Iām hoping this also comes with the ability to have back-to-back tracks gaplessly fade into one another like PlexAmp !!!
Gapless would be awesome. Listen to music all day, every day, and the 10sec gap in the web player is painful !
Donāt get it. Itās in Plex AMP but not the web or PMP players. I bet the devs lunch that they canāt finish it before the year is out.
