Importing movies and shows from old hard drive how to make radaar and sonaar know they are there

Hey everyone, new here , but maybe this is the wrong section,

I just built a new server, and imported all my movies and shows from my external drive into plex, my question is, how can i make it to where radarr and sonarr know the movies are in my plex library so i dont download them again? thanks guys!
