Plex library not updating from sonarr import

I am sure this has been mentioned a few times on here. When sonarr downloads tv shows and then imports them to my tv show folders that I use for the plex library the media server doesn’t show them in the library.

However if I manually download outside of sonarr and dump the file directly into the tv show folder then it updates the library.

Someone told me to add PMS to Connections in sonarr to send notifications when a show is downloaded/imported. I’ve also been told I don’t need that if I have auto detect on in my Plex Media Server. Not sure what else to do here. Even the debug logs indicate that it sees the imported files in the tv shows folder.
