Improvement Request: Date-Based Television Shows

I use date-based format in TV Shows.
It’s very convenient.

But if TV Shows data does not exist in TVDB, we cannot see title and only see date.
I’m in torouble.

If TV Shows data does not exist in TVDB, I want to see not only date but also file name or title.
