This issue happened since November 5, 2020.
I cannot see correct information of TV program to link TVDB.com by date format (year-month-date).
I look like “TVDB.com is normal” and “Plex Media Server is abnormal”
What show and exactly what naming are you using for your files?

I can’t read Chinese so I don’t know what show that is, but you are not naming the files the way Plex expects. Please see https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-tv-show-files/ for details.
Basically it needs to be:
Show - Date - optional info.ext
Ale_2020-11-04_0800-crf22.mp4
Ale_2020-11-05_0800-crf22.mp4
Ale_2020-11-06_0800-crf22.mp4
I think I keep Plex and TVDB naming rules for date format.
Because It’s no problem till November 4, 2020.

Is “Ale” the show? I can’t find that in TheTVDB. Can you provide me a link to their site?
Your naming is still not correct. You need spaces around the date. Using the underscore is not the recommended method. It may work, but it also may not.

Yell is the title of this drama inTVDB.
This issue is not only this drama “Yell” but also all TV program in Plex media server.

But It has been good operation till November 4, 2020 in two years.
This issue has another cause except technical.
I recieved a mail from TVDM.com.
