In the Plex UI for Android based TVs, where do I access shared libraries from another user?

In my home, I have a Windows based Plex Server and so does my roommate. We each have our own Plex accounts.

We have a TiVo and an LG OLED TV. Both were associated with my roommates Plex account, but because I share libraries with him we can access my Plex server as well.

This weekend we setup a new Android based Sony Bravia TV (XBR-75X950G). Once again, this TV was setup under his account. However, I cannot for the life of me find where I would access the libraries on my Plex Server. Could someone possibly point me to where in the UI I need to go to view my shared libraries?

On the TiVo and LG TVs we simply click on the name of his server and it would show my server which I can then select. That’s not happening on this new TV. Do I need to go elsewhere?

Thanks!

So it’s been almost 24 hours since I posted this question. Does no one know how to do this?

You can customize the navigation menu in the Android TV (and most other client types – probably except for TiVo or older LG webOS clients). Instead of having an endless list of libraries, you can pin those you’re most interested to see on that device.
Newly shared libraries and all those not “pinned” will show under the “More >” navigation item at the end of the list

Thanks. Much appreciated. I’ll give that a try once I’m back in front of the TV later.

you can give it a try right away @ Plex Web

Actually, I can’t. It’s not my account

Ahh, I see, you are sharing with him, not him with you.

But, either way, you can still use plex web to see how to use MORE and pin/unpin libraries.

Okay, I get your point now. Much appreciated. Thanks for the help.
