Plex downloads experience multiple oddities, including failing to download, reappearing deleted downloads, and very slow transfer times. Sometimes all pending downloads report queued status, with no video actually downloading. Formerly downloaded videos mysteriously change download status.
These problems occur on both Android and iPadOS, with plenty of available storage capacity.
