Incorrect channel name and guide data

I am the chief engineer for a local tv station. We just launched a brand new channel. When we scan our channel over the air, it finds the correct channel and number, but the name is wrong, and therefore the program guide is wrong. The channel info is below. The channel is Quest TV, but the guide says Justice TV.

Station name: KFYR TV
Channel number: 5.5 (Quest TV)
City of license: Bismarck, North Dakota

I am inserting the correct PSIP data into my stream, but what ever service Plex is obtaining guide data from is, has the incorrect guide data.

Thanks for reporting the problem
I need the guide/lineup name - this is selected during setup and can be seen at the top of DVR settings once selected

Is it a Broadcast OTA lineup ?

I should also mention, that I can also reach out to the guide provider, and clarify/prove that “Justice” is he incorrect info. Please let me know.

The lineup appears to cover 3 areas
"Minot-Bsmrck-Dcknsn"

Is your channel available in all three ?

I looked into Dickinson, North Dakota and Minot, North Dakota, and see that channels 5.x only for Bismark

This appears to be out of date (I know it is not official)

@GrayND1 The request to make the correction has been passed to our provider.

@GrayND1 the work for rebranding the channel as Quest has been completed and the EPG does have data for the channel
