Incorrect mouse scroll wheel handling with OS set to scroll by page/screen

Player Version#: 1.52.1.3195 (Plex) / 1.23.2.3194 (PlexHTPC)

With Windows OS mouse scroll set to ‘One screen at a time’ (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WheelScrollLines = -1):

  • Plex app does not honor the by-page setting.
  • PlexHTPC app does not scroll at all.

For the regular Plex desktop app, the scroll behavior should be similar to Plex in a browser on the same system.

Understood that the PlexHTPC thing has been brought up before, and claimed to be ‘by design’, but there are plenty of HTPC setups that use a remote mouse for control, so something as basic as scrolling should be supported on a PC platform if only for easy of use / accessibility reasons.
