Wired and wireless mouse HTPC on Windows 10 scroll wheel doesn’t seem to work anywhere including library. Is this a bug or by design?
It’s by design.
Plex “big screen” apps are made for operating by remote control or keyboard.
If you want mouse operation, use “Plex for Windows/Mac” instead.
