Indirect connection to server on LAN

My connection to my local linux Plex server pops up as ‘indirect’ in the MacOS/iPhone client viewers. I can access the server without problem externally… just not ‘directly’ inside my LAN.

I am running a google wifi mesh router inside an ATT Fiber modem setup.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are they devices on the same subnet as server when local
