Indirect remote access from only my windows PC

hello,

I have a plex server in my first house and remote access is enabled and green, I can stream files from my android phone with maximum quality everywhere, however when I try to stream from my pc in the second house I only get indirect with maximum of 2M at same time when I try from my mobile which is connected to same WIFI network as my pc I got direct stream with full quality.

I cannot find out why only my PC cannot get a direct stream even though the PC and mobile both are using the same WIFI

my plex setting is maximum quality in both PC and mobile
and I tried both browser and plex player

any idea how to solve this ?

    I have VPN installed in my PC and I tried both active and not active

    I have no idea what is hosts file and I did not change any files

    No, also tried to stop the windows firewall but still same

Sorry, don’t disable the Windows firewall.
I was only referring to 3rd-party software.

now it is solved, seems VPN application was interfering somehow
