I’ve been using Infuse Pro together with Plex for a while now, until it suddenly started showing me the error “indexing failed for Plex Media Server”, when updating the library. This has rendered my usage of Infuse useless, and was wondering if anybody else has had the same issue recently.
I know this is the Plex forum and not the Infuse forum, but nobody seems to be able to help on the Infuse forum. Also, I am only using Infuse, because of its ability to decode DTS-HD and TrueHD to PCM. Something which I cannot understand, why the Plex app isn’t able to do. I would happily only use the Plex app if this issue would get fixed, but for now I’m using Infuse, and its not working.
Have you tried re-linking Infuse.
I use it randomly but not for the last day or two however havening just opened it now and the recently added/watched stuff in Plex has immediately updated in Infuse.
Thanks, I tried linking probably 5 times but nothing worked. I’m wondering if it’s either an Infuse update or a PMS update issue? I also have quite a huge (size-wise) library, around 55 terabytes. Don’t know if that has got anything to do with it. However it worked perfectly up until a couple of weeks ago.
Then if you haven’t already tried I would suggest uninstalling Infuse completely rebooting the ATV 4K and then install Infuse from scratch and re-link (just in case Infuse has caching going on when simply re-linking)
