Insecure connections only on android players

Server Version#: 1.15.4
Player Version#: latest android

I have installed a lets encrypt SSL cert as per instructions found elsewhere in the forum and get a secure connection when using the web player but can’t play on android unless I enable insecure connections in the player settings.

Looking for some ideas or suggestions,
