I received an email this afternoon stating that my Arcade payment method had expired, subsequently ending my Arcade subscription. A) isn’t the free trial 30 days long (I seem to remember it being 7 days intially), and B) the payment method I would have set up (because I intend to continue the subscription) is not expired. Anyone else get the same email today?
Yes I got it about an hour ago. Very confused.
I didn’t get an email about my payment method but I did have my payment for arcade returned today
I got it too it looks like they changed the free trial from 7 days to 30 days, so i just went back to the main arcade page and signed up thru there again and got the new 30 day trial
