I’ve been trying to signup for Plex Arcade but it gets stuck on a spinning circle and “Checking your current account status…”
I have tried from Chrome (PC) in regular and incognito mode, Safari (iPhone) on local and mobile connection, but continue to get stuck at the same screen.
Please help!
It appears to be a bug if you are currently paying for your Plex Pass using PayPal.
You can either wait until we figure out what’s wrong, or go to your current Plex Pass subscription page and update your billing to a credit card.
