thanks for the fast response.
As far as I can see, there's not Plexconnect running in the backround. (can't see anything in the task manager)
Using VM Workstation but changed my port to 8443 (just in case)
Forgot to mention that I use WIN7 64bit
Can I check somehow if I use anything else on port 80 already?

No but as drewbie said seems as if you are running an apache server on port 80, why not run it without a virtual machine to diagnose your issue first either way you will need the pc on to use pms/plexconnect.
