Install Plex on a new Server Setup Error!

Hi guys,
I have installed Plex on a new server, now when I call the setup in the browser and try to log in, I get the message that I have no authorization for this server!

No authorization

You do not have permission to access this server.

You can probably add it to your account by selecting “Open Plex…” from the MacOS menu bar or the Windows system tray. See Help for more troubleshooting tips.

When I first installed Plex, I seem to remember it asking for a few things during setup, like media libraries, etc.! When I go to http://localhost:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/c3e6de1c3b2d4a0ee17e70f2e4236c8a649e3dd8 it goes straight to logging into my account and then says I have no authorization! Can someone help me!

Did you previously run a Plex Media Server on the same machine, using a different Plex account?
