Install Rasplex question for a noob!

Well I've been on the HTPC scene for years. I have a pretty extensive server with various clients ranging from acutal PCs, to a Roku, a PS3, an Xbox 360, and an apple TV as well as accessing via iphone and my galaxy tab.  I just bought three Raspberry Pi's. I have read through the getting started thread and a couple others, and I'm still at a loss at how to get started. It sounds like since all my machines are Windows, that I would put the sd into the card reader and flash it with the latest version, put it in the Pi and startup? Is that it? Of course, I could try this but wanted to make sure this is correct as a guy I have a tendency to proceed first and pick up the pieces afterward...in this case I'm actually "asking for directions"....any help is appreciated.

Just use the Windows Install program to flash your SD card and thats it when completed put it into your pi and turn it on. You need Plex Server installed for RasPlex to run.
