I run PLEX on a Synology NAS mainly for use in SONOS.
As we live in a location where the internet via DSL is still very slow, we have an AVM router that offers DSL and LTE. Unfortunately, this means that PLEX cannot be accessed from outside if the connection is made via LTE.
Recently, the FRITZ!Box can be used to set which route to the Internet is permitted for a network device.
This gave me the idea of installing PLEX as an independent installation in a container so that it is assigned its own IP address.
Is there an image that can be installed in the Virtual Machine Manager of Synology?
