Installed 3.95.2 and now my media can't be found

My Plex server was running fine on my Synology DS214Play then I updated to 3.95.2 and now all my media comes up as “Playback Error -Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.” The files are still there but apparently invisible to Plex now.

Interestingly, trying to add a media folder does not show sub-folders beyond a certain point. So, for example, I have my movies in /volume1/video/movies but I’m unable to navigate past /volume1/video since movies does not appear in the add media folder dialog.

Is this a known issue? I assume it’s Plex as it worked fine before this and I’ve changed nothing on my server other than installing 3.95.2
