I want to enter my account to see the server but it stops working, do you know what can be done?

Before it was like that, but now it automatically installs it opens and does not let me go to identify itself, the program closes
so the app opens and closes on it’s own and you can’t do anything? What version of android is on that TV?
You can open it and go through the library that comes in the program but I can’t log in with my account when I want to do it, it tells me that the application is not responding and closes it, version 5.1
does it give you the option to turn on network loggin in the app settings? after you turn it should show URL on bottom right of settings you can get logs from which should be something like TVIPaddress:32500/logging
Same issue here on my Philips Android TV, Plex usually worked fine, but I stopped using it as it was constantly crashing with new player. I decided to remove the app because, maybe, some prefs were causing an issue, deleted all of them, and reinstalled the app.
Now I can start the app, but I can’t go to the menu which would connect me to my server. App just stops.
For now I’m using the chromecast option of my TV to stream content.
