Plex team, this issue (regression) is still happenning since the introduction of the new transcoder engine.

@dan-the-man I successfully reproduced a transcode as pixelized as yours: 3 concurrent transcodes (2 chrome, 1 chromecast). It went to a point were we couldn’t distinguish characters. Up until that moment I was still using HW for the convenience, but not anymore as this is completely unusable.

I also have the same issue.

i unsucesfully tried to get some attention about this, unfortuantly i gave up, it was unusable since the new transcoder, bought a nvidia card instead which fixed it.
