Intel pentium G6400 GOLD cant hendle 4k transcode

i just set up new plex server, when i try to hardwer transcode any 4k video its not abyle to play smooth, any ideas?(File removed)

there is no problem with 1080p videos..

edit..

looks like option “Enable HDR tone mapping” make problems, when i off it there is no problems, any sugestions why?
on 4k video gpu usage is about 20-30% on 1080 even 100%

Tone mapping currently uses cpu, so you may need more powerful cpu, or disable tone mapping for now.

I have this option on, on Celeron j3455 its 1/2 power of my new pentium, and there is no problem, but its on qnap.
