Intermittent black frame flicker, even on rewind and only with AppleTV

Playing random mkv files on the Apple TV 4K, I’m getting a black frame flicker about 10-minute apart. If I rewind and play the same spot the flicker is still present.

This may have started from the last Plex update on the Synology, but I’m not 100% sure.

These are not high bitrate files. Ethernet connected to NAS.

I’ve tested the same file over on Infuse on the A TV, and there is no flickering. Also fine to the Mac and iPad. Just happens on the most used player.

Known bug? Is there are workaround setting?
