Can you tell me whats the best internet upload speed you need to make Plex work efficiently?

I have Virgin and it fluctuates from 8mbps to 6 mbps making my remote view very poor.

can i get some help by a good Samaritan please!

I had 20 mbps until recently. That worked fine for mobile. On a laptop it would cause a slightly grainy image. I recently got 40 mbps and have no issues with a single stream.

thanks thats a american system I am in the UK…anybody uses plex in the UK???
