Stuttering beyond belief

Hi all,

The viewing of shows has gotten ridiculous with how much constant stuttering that is occurring. I finally found the answer with having shows stream at 320p (0.7Mbps). This is kind of ok for TV shows, but the quality on movies is ridiculous.

Considering my internet is 46Mbps, surely Plex could at least stream at 4Mbps.

Any advice would be appreciated because I am getting now joy from Plex.

Is that your upload speed or download (looks to be your download)? Your upload speed is what Plex would use when you want to remote view your content from outside your house.

That is my DL speed. My UL is 18Mbps.

And I am trying to view content while in the house.
