Internet Streaming Quality on a Per User Basis

On my server I share my content with several friends and myself (Settings > Quality > Internet Streaming)

I would like to be able to set this internet streaming value on a Per User Basis so that I can when i am out get full quality while offering lower quality on a per user basis.

Restrict remote quality on a per user basis

Hi, my idea is to have an option where a per-user remote quality setting could be made. Imagine I regularly use remote connection to reach my library and i would also like to add other users. The point is that I always would like to have a priority, since if the other user eats up all my bandwidth, I can’t watch my own movies. However, I don’t really care if they can’t have enough bandwidth because of my connection (how mean of me…). So for example i would keep myself as original quality, and …
