Intro detection failure

After setting up my Plex server on Unraid (Docker), intros were being detected and it got a few shows in when I had to restart my server. After the reboot the server hasn’t resumed detecting intros, even after a manual library scan. Has anyone run in to this problem before?

Detection will be performed as part of the scheduled tasks during server maintenance.
Ensure that the server is switched on and running during these hours.

Unfortunately it doesn’t appear to have detected any intros during the scheduled task window.
