Intro Skip on Tizen

Hi all,

Just wondering if we’ll ever see intro skip on Tizen, knowing how much of a pain the OS is to develop for.

Is it a quick code change or an entire new feature addition to the app?

I would really like to see this added, as my main way of watching my plex content is on my Samsung TV (its a curved 4K so I’m assuming its still one of the supported Tizen models?).

I’m sure there are many more users out there that would really appreciate this functionality…

I agree, mines a 2019 model so should definitely be supported

I want to vote for this as well; I’m sure the plex team has metrics that tells them how many people actually use plex on tizen but I’m anxiously awaiting intro skipping on this platform as its my daily driver.

There is a new Plex Smart TV platform in development.
It is currently in alpha testing on Vizio Smartcast devices.
Once this has been finished, it will be ported to other brands.
The new feature(s) will be in there.

I would like it on Tizan as well, why else buy a top of thr line tv to miss out of new features!
