My brother has sent me an invitation to his server numerous times and its not working. I keep getting the message that it was sent to a different email address but its not…the email address he sent the invitation to is the same as my account. HELP PLEASE!
Tell him to retract the invitation.
Then tell him the email address you have used to create your Plex account. Make sure to use exact the same address – even if you have a few working “alias” addresses.

Tell him to invite you again.
Once he’s done that, you go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/friends and see if there is a new friend request. If there is, accept it.
