Hello everyone,
I am trying to add a friend to my Plex Server but he is not receiving email invites. He is using email service that is based in Russia, list.ru. Is there any known issue when inviting people that are using this or similar email addresses?

Tell him to create a Plex account for himself. (go to plex.tv, then ‘Sign Up’)
Then invite his Plex username.
The invitation will appear when he is logging in to the plex.tv website
and then clicks on ‘Launch’
and then on Settings - Family & Friends

Thank you for comming to my aid once more!
My friend has created account using the same email address and there was the invite waiting for him to accept. It was a bit clunky, not as simple when you recieve email but servicable.
