I have added someone to My Home in Plex. They have their own free plex account. When they got the email invite they followed the link and accepted the invite. In my server it shows that the invite is still pending and they are no tyet able to use the Mobile Android app, about how long does this process take? I do have Plex Pass Lifetime Subscription.
Do these persons have their own Plex server? If they do, they rather not join your home.
When did you send the invitation to them? What was the user name or email adress of the invited account? (You can send these per PM to me).
I can have someone at Plex take a look at your account.
In the mean time, do this:
Quit your Plex server
wait a few minutes
Start Plex server
wait another few minutes

I guess it just took sometime for the acceptance to work it’s way through the system. I see the person is now listed as in My Home, they do not have their own plex server but rather their own plex account, the server is ours, we both built it and paid for it but the plex pass account is in my name.
