I had an account and my friend invited me to share with him and it worked. That account somehow got deleted and Plex doesn’t answer my emails. I went back to my account that was created through google link and had my friend invite to that one. It’s been days and he’s sent it multiple times. Its not in any spam folders. Is this normal for invites to not show up?
Who did you write to? The billing department is who you should write to and they tell me there are no emails from the email matching this forum account. If it was another, please PM me that other email address.
I used “removed” and sent it to tech support i think. That profile won’t let me back in
I’m being told there are no emails from that address either. I can confirm that your account was deleted. I’ve gone ahead and restored it.
Regarding the new invite. Your friend spelled your name with “al” instead of “el”. That’s why you didn’t get the invite.
