I’m a plex pass user. I invited a user and they accepted my invitation. Also when they log in, it says that my library is shared with them. But when I look in my users, they are not listed under users. Going to accounts, it shows that the user invite is still pending.
Did you try to reload the web app?
Restart the server?
Yes, I even updated the server to the latest version.
Please send me the user name or email address of the affected user.
Oh I just realized it. People are not under my “Home Users”… they are under sharing. Sorry and thank you for all the replies.
