Can not invite a user who was previously deleted , Get error "User already exists"

Last week I removed media sharing for all libraries from a user I did not recognize then I deleted the user. I have since found out the user updated their name and I want to re-invite them, I get an error when I try to invite them that says they already exist. I do not see them in my user list. This is very similar to a discussion form 2019

Any magic I can do to “Reactivate” this hidden user?

As far as I can see you have no managed users at all.
There is only one user who is part of your Plex Home.
Please send me the email address or user name of that user per PM, so I can compare if this is the affected user account.

I am sorry, I may have misused the term 'Managed User", I am referring to a Person I invite to access or share my various libraries with, I do this from the https://app.plex.tv/desktop/?secure=1#!/settings/manage-library-access

I do not see the person in that list, when I click the button “Grant Library Access” and enter they plex account email address I get the error “This user is already invited.” and may not click the Continue button.

The user is not in my list in either the “Friends with Library access” or the “Library Requests Sent” area.

I do not see the account in that list. I sent you the plex account email address of the person I am trying to invite via a PM

There seems to be something wrong here, I’ll have to escalate this.

The invitation was stuck in a “halfway” state. It has been removed now.
Please try to re-invite the user and please report back if something goes wrong.

If you use the web app, please use the hosted web app. Refresh it in your browser if it’s already running for more than a day.
