Plex Media Server Unable to Connect on Devices (Samsung TVs and Apple TV)

My server is unavailable and I’m not sure what else to try. I have adjusted the following with success:

  • disabling secure connections on the server side / allowing them on the player side
  • setting up port forwarding in my router for Plex
  • direct linking my computer’s IP to the Plex app on the tv for access
  • uninstalling and deleting the registry info and reinstalling Plex Media Server
  • uninstalling and reinstalling the tv app
  • opting out of the new test app

At one point the Plex app on my Apple TV was accessing my PMS, but now that one is saying unavailable. At another point the PMS was available through my Samsung TV, but that went away after an hour and without adjusting any settings.

Any help would be appreciated.
