iOS app crashes any time I switch access points

I have two access points in my home, both on 5ghz and both on the same SSID. Whenever I move around my home and it switches access points, the iOS app crashes OR it jumps back to an earlier part of the video, usually where I started watching during this session. The only thing that has changed to cause this problem is the most recent iteration of the Plex app as this never was a problem on the previous variant. I even tested this on a TP-Link based network as well as Ubiquiti and so network is not the problem.

Is it possible to get your iOS logs after it crashes. (We are aware of issue of playback restarting on network change).
